TETHER TOOLS AERO TAB S2

The AeroTab S2 is Tether Tools Universal Tablet Mount for small tablets, ranging in physical corner-to-corner diagonal length of 22.2cm to 35.5cm. The AeroTab S2 can accommodate tablets up to 1.27cm in thickness. Designed to mount to any tripod, Arca-style ball head, or articulating arm or clamp, the AeroTab S2 features the streamline functionality of Tether Tools Lo-Pro2 Bracket. With the bracket’s 1/4”-20 and Arca receptors, the AeroTab allows for mounting various small tablets to traditional photography gear. 

A bonus 1/4”-20 receptor also allows one to attach the AeroTab S2 to a camera sling strap or belt clip designed for cameras, or it can be used to add a light or microphone to the set up when using the tablet for capture. 

How does it work  

The AeroTab S2 is designed for a tight fit on the corners of small tablets. The tablet can be rotated and mounted in portrait or landscape orientation. And the mounting device keeps all buttons, ports and cameras accessible at all times. Once the tablet is placed in the diagonal extension, slide the scratch proof, padded corners onto the tablet for a tight fit. Using the circular bracket on the back, tighten the mount so that the diagonal slide is locked in place and the tablet is securely resting in the AeroTab S2.

Attach the AeroTab bracket to the tripod, ball-head or thread of choice and lock down for a secure mount. Shoot, play, view, read, edit. Do whatever it is you love to do with your tablet.

To determine the right version AeroTab for your tablet, measure the tablet’s diagonal length from corner to corner and measure its thickness to confirm compatibility. If keeping your tablet in a case when mounting, be sure to measure it with the case on.
